I had a lot of fear and was in terrible shock and dismay, but somehow I knew I was going to keep my baby despite being in a very bad situation and not able to see all of the answers just yet. I of course was surprised, but when I was able to see the ultrasound and the baby’s heartbeat with the father’s mother accompanying me she said, “God gave you this beautiful and innocent gift.” I’m so grateful the baby’s father and our mothers are totally supportive and the kindness of everyone at PRC really helped me to be calm and okay with the news.
