After “Emma” had an abortion she was devastated. Her family influenced this decision to terminate in order to save the embarrassment of an unplanned pregnancy.
A year later “Emma” found herself pregnant again. She knew the pain her abortion caused her and she didn’t want to choose that again, but she also knew her family would not want her to keep the baby. So, she could have her family or her baby, but not both. Faced with this devastating choice, she turned to PRC for help. Emma came to us abandoned by her family and having to face this pregnancy alone. She spoke with a loving advocate who told her the truth of the gospel and let her know that she wouldn’t be alone. With incredible determination, “Emma” chose life for her precious daughter “Ava”. She has found care and support through her advocate and is grateful to have learned the power that prayer can have for her and baby “Ava”.
